By using ypayx.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms. The Site is operated by Bitoodle Online Services Private Limited ("YPayX", "we"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site describes YPayX corporate employee-benefits card programmes and lets you request a demo. It is not an offer, a contract or a card application. Card programmes are provided only under a separate written agreement between your company, YPayX and our RBI-licensed PPI issuer partner, and are subject to that partner's terms, KYC and eligibility.
Figures on this Site — meal, gift, telecom and other savings, calculators, tables and examples — are illustrations based on our reading of the Income Tax Act, 2025 and the Income Tax Rules, 2026 as of the date shown, using stated assumptions (for example ₹200 per meal × 2 meals × 22 working days; 4% cess). They are not tax, legal or financial advice. Actual treatment depends on your company's salary structure, the employee's regime and income, and future changes in law. Employers set final limits. Please consult your tax advisor before relying on any figure.
Attendance, payroll, early-salary and any other feature marked "coming soon" are under development, are not part of any current offer, and may change or not launch.
